Returns & Replacement Policy

1. General Return & Exchange Conditions

*This policy covers all products purchased directly from shilajit.store.

*To benefit from return or exchange services, you must provide the original purchase invoice or order confirmation email.

*Products must be returned in the same original condition as received, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including all accessories, labels, and documentation).

*You may request an exchange within seven (7) days from the date of delivery by contacting our Customer Support team:

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

*Refunds are not supported for COD orders.

*If you wish to change your mind, you may request an exchange within 7 days under the conditions listed above.

*COD orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

*If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, it will be considered a cancellation, and future COD purchases may be restricted.


3. Refunds (Online Payments Only)

*Refunds are only available for orders paid through online payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay).

*Refunds will be processed within 4 to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

*Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

*Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged upon delivery.


4. Exchanges

*Exchanges are subject to product availability.

*If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers using online payments may request a refund; COD customers may choose a different replacement item of equal or greater value.

*A new invoice will be issued if the replacement product price differs from the original purchase.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including but not limited to:

*Products requested for return/exchange after 7 days from delivery.

*Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

*Products without original packaging, labels, or missing accessories.

*Health and safety products, supplements, and consumables (including Shilajit products) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.


6. Shipping & Delivery

*Orders are typically delivered within 7 business days, depending on location.

*Delivery delays may occur during holidays, promotional periods, or due to courier issues.

*Orders not received within 15 days may be automatically canceled.

*Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


7. Warranty

*All products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

*Warranty does not cover:

*Misuse, accidents, or non-compliance with usage instructions;

*Damage caused by external factors (water, heat, electrical issues, etc.);

*Unauthorized repairs or tampering with the product.
